Cancellation Policy
Internet Access Cancellation
Annual Payment Plans:
Internet Access Accounts paid for on an annual basis (our "12.95/month" plan) are cancellable; however no refunds for any remainder of the current annual payment term shall be issued. The 12.95 Annual Payment Plan is a discounted service we choose to provide to our customers in exchange for the elimination of monthly billing procedures.
Annual Payment Accounts must be cancelled within 30 (thirty) days of current term expiration by notifying our office via telephone at 401-481-9632. (i.e. if your bill is due on July 10, you must cancel by June 10th)
Monthly Payment Plans:
Monthly billing Internet Access Accounts may be cancelled as of the end of the current 30 (thirty) day service period. Monthly Payment Accounts must be cancelled within 3 (three) days of current term expiration by notifying our office via telephone at 401-481-9632. (i.e. if your bill is due on the 13th, you must cancel by the 10th)
Any accounts not cancelled within the above requirements will be subject to one additional month's worth of Internet Access Service @ 14.95/month.
Cancelled Internet Access Account Email Access:
Cancelled Internet Access Accounts shall forfeit their right to access any email stored on our servers (user@riinternet.com) as of time of account closing. Be sure to download your email before calling to cancel your account!
We will, however, reserve your email addresses for a period of 90 days should you wish to re-activate your account.
Web Hosting Cancellation

Web Hosting Accounts paid for on an annual basis (our "10% off" plan) are cancellable; however no refunds for any remainder of the current annual payment term shall be issued. The "10% off" Annual Payment Plan is a discounted service we choose to provide to our customers in exchange for the elimination of monthly billing procedures.
Annual Payment Accounts must be cancelled within 30 (thirty) days of current term expiration by notifying our office via telephone at 401-481-9632. (i.e. if your bill is due on July 10, you must cancel by June 10th)
Monthly Payment Plans:
Monthly billing Web Hosting Accounts may be cancelled as of the end of the current 30 (thirty) day service period. Monthly Payment Accounts must be cancelled within 10(ten) days of current term expiration by notifying our office via telephone at 401-481-9632. (i.e. if your bill is due on the 20th, you must cancel by the 10th) Any accounts, either annual paying or monthly paying, not cancelled within the above requirements will be subject to one additional month's worth of Web Hosting Service charged at the current rate of the account's specific plan.
Cancelled Web Hosting Account Email Access:
Cancelled Web Hosting Accounts shall forfeit their right to access any email stored on our servers (user@yourdomain.com) as of time of account closing. Be sure to download your email before calling to cancel your account!
